On December 21st, 2024, Emzee Football Club concluded the year with its much-anticipated End-of-Year Training Party, held at the club’s training ground. This annual tradition, which brings together parents and children, is a celebration of football, community, and the bond shared within the Emzee FC family.
A Memorable Day on the Field
The day began with the club’s final training session of the year, where players showcased the skills they had honed throughout the season. Following this, the event transitioned into a fun-filled celebration involving parents in a series of engaging activities.
One of the highlights of the day was the Parents vs. Kids Match, which saw spirited competition and plenty of laughter. In a thrilling game, the parents emerged victorious with a score of 7–5, earning bragging rights for the year!
Fun and Games for Everyone
The festivities didn’t stop there. After the match, parents participated in a Goal Shooting Challenge, where they displayed their best attempts at scoring. The club recognized the top performers, presenting gifts to the first and second place winners, much to the delight of all attendees.
Another crowd favorite was the “Take the Kids” game, which had parents and children laughing and bonding over the playful competition.
A Feast and Final Reflections
After an active morning on the field, everyone was treated to a delicious lunch, providing a chance for families to relax and share stories and exchange gifts.
The event concluded with a heartfelt speech by Ms. Siva, Emzee Football Club’s President, who expressed her gratitude to the parents, players, and staff for their unwavering support and dedication throughout the year. She reflected on the club’s achievements and looked ahead to an exciting new year filled with growth and opportunities.
